There’s no such thing as a one-size-fits-all approach to fitness. There’s no such thing as a transformation that doesn’t have varying levels of trial and error. Ask anyone who’s done it. Beginning a fitness journey requires a commitment and honesty that not many people have the ability to seek within them. But it’s a requirement if change is something that you genuinely desire.
